Behavioral Health Services
Sharon Regional Health System, Behavioral Health Services has been serving families within Mercer County and surrounding regions since 1963. We offer acute, sub-acute, and community based services for the treatment of mental health issues through inpatient hospitalization at our hospital in Sharon, partial hospitalization at our Hermitage facility, and mobile rehabilitative services throughout Mercer and Lawrence counties.Behavioral Health Services offers the most comprehensive selection of behavioral health services between Pittsburgh and Erie.
Behavioral Health Services' board certified psychiatrists, including those specializing in children and
adolescents, provide the expertise and the leadership to direct the care of patients along with a team of
highly qualified licensed social workers, therapists, and mental health professionals.
Services are based on a continuum of care, with the most intense treatment being inpatient hospitalization to less intensive mental health and substance abuse therapeutic care at the outpatient level.
The mission of Behavioral Health Services is to continuously strive to meet the behavioral health care needs of the communities that we serve by supporting each individual on their journey to recovery through the provision of intensive and acute treatment options that meet the dynamic and diverse needs of the individual.
